Amazon Returns
Amazon has introduced a new return shipping option that is unfavorable for our customers. The Amazon QR Code return option excludes UPS Authorized Shippers like Pony Express Juanita, and forces our customers to go on an inconvenient journey to the UPS Store. We recommend using the print label option.
If you don't have a printer, we can easily print your label for you! Simply select the "Forward return label to a friend to print" option. Email it to ponyexpresskirkland@gmail.com and we will print & adhere your shipping label for you.
What if I have already submitted a return using the QR code?
Log into Amazon and cancel the QR code return. Go back and request the return with a UPS label. Either print or email us the label. Tape the label to your box, or bring it in and we'll adhere it for you.
